Terms of Use
These terms outline how the Swarm Command Center website, intake forms, booking links, and service information may be used.
Website information
Website content is provided for general service information and does not create a client relationship until a separate written agreement, scope, invoice, or service confirmation is accepted.
Packages and pricing
Published package pricing is a starting structure. Final scope, timelines, deliverables, and payment terms are confirmed before production begins.
Payments
Unless otherwise agreed, package work may follow a 40% deposit, 50% delivery, and 10% launch payment structure. Payment links or invoices will be provided separately.
Intellectual property
Ownership of final deliverables, source files, third-party tools, licensing, and reusable system components should be defined in the project agreement or scope confirmation.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse forms, submit malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, or provide credentials through public website fields.
